The Story behind Seesaw Health

OUR STORY

Celine Vignal - Founder

I founded Seesaw Health out of a personal need to understand and manage my inflammation levels. This was key to handling my flare-ups and cutting down on exhausting migraine episodes.

I truly believe that every woman, and anyone, really, can benefit from including 0.1 Hz breathwork in their self-care routines. It’s been crucial for me in regaining control over my health and feeling more in tune with my body.
